The Downtown Tour runs Mondays and Fridays at 11:00AM and 3:00PM. The tour begins at Federal Hall at 26 Wall Street in front of a large statue of George Washington right near the New York Stock Exchange. It ends at the Brooklyn Bridge, right at the spot where you can walk across it, which is totally free and totally worth it. To walk back to the start of the tour is only about a ten minute walk from the end.
